This year, JJW STUDIO hit great strides in growth across the board while learning how to be as agile as ever during the continuation of the pandemic. As we look forward to 2022, we're proud of what we achieved and how we supported our clients throughout 2021. Let's look at a handful of our highlights from the year.

Roxy Jacenko: The Instagram Essentials Bootcamp

After the immense success of The Marketing Bootcamp, Roxy Jacenko launched her Instagram Essentials online Bootcamp in quarter one. Online learning is a sector that is growing rapidly, and we've been able to strengthen our offering in this area with a variation of course styles. We were on hand to craft the production side of The Instagram Essentials course which was filmed over one day and then the final outputs were swiftly delivered after that.

We delivered 11 course lessons for The Instagram Essentials Bootcamp along with a handful of promotional videos that featured serious punch, style, and rhythm.

 
 

Rita Ora x Sydney Gay Lesbian Mardi Gras

We established a fantastic content partnership with the Sydney Lesbian Gay Mardi Gras in quarter one. We've been editing a range of content for their social channels, the brands they work alongside and most of all, the parade finale performance by Rita Ora! Check out Rita's performance below, which we crafted within 12 hours after she exited the stage, a truly exhilarating performance.

 
 

Australian Fashion Week with We Are Kindred

Long-time collaborators of JJW STUDIO, We Are Kindred, showcased their Resort '21 collection "Bloom" at Afterpay Australian Fashion Week in early June, and we were on deck to capture a wide range of content in the lead up to (and during) runway day! 

We Are Kindred had engaged a range of sponsors for their runway show, and we captured an assortment of individual videos for each of these sponsors to use across all their social channels. One of the sponsored videos we crafted was for Schwarzkopfwhich you can view below.

 
 

In addition to the sponsored content, we also captured the We Are Kindred runway and campaign BTS for the Bloom collection.

Emotive Performance Pieces for the Connect 2021 Awards

Experiential agency Fourth Wall approached JJW STUDIO to craft a handful of performances for the Supply Nation Connect 2021 award show. We filmed two performances; a Welcome to Country piece that opened the show and a finale performance with Australian music sensation Mitch Tambo. We also actioned post-production on a range of other performances filmed up in Cairns, too, that were also strung throughout the live portions of the award show.

 
 

400+ Visual Assets for Mr Roses & Roses Only

When digital marketing agency Digivizer engaged JJW STUDIO to craft over 400+ visual assets for their client Mr Roses & Roses Only, we rose to the challenge and crafted striking images and video content for their online channels. What came to fruition was a selection of vibrant brand films with accompanying social cutdowns where we cast a diverse range of talent set amongst a gorgeous river-side location.

While we captured the video content on shoot day, we also shot all photographic assets congruently, which you can view below.

Upon wrapping shoot day, we walked away with a plethora of 400+ assets that Digivizer would be able to utilise when reaching audiences across a range of digital channels for both brands.

Guide Dogs Australia x Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health

Polkadot Communications approached JJW STUDIO to highlight the partnership between Guide Dogs Australia and Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health across two videos. This consumer piece aimed to help raise awareness of the NexGard SPECTRA products available on the market and their effectiveness in keeping pups happy and healthy. ⁠

To help showcase the partnership between Guide Dogs Australia and Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health, we headed down to the Guide Dogs Centre in Glossodia NSW to capture head vet Caroline Moeser, where she discussed the importance of parasite protection.⁠⁠

When crafting this video series, we adhered to our high-quality, stylised, and impactful approach to content creation. While capturing an emotional story, it was also imperative to us that we set the right brand tone authentic to both Guide Dogs Australia and Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health.⁠⁠

Within this series of videos, we were also tasked with crafting a corporate lead piece where Andrew Palmer, CEO of BIAH, and Dale Cleaver, CEO of Guide Dogs Australia, spoke to the strengths and longevity of the partnership.
