Personify Care needed a way to explain an intricate software offering that helps hospitals streamline pre-admission and post-care workflows. Their technology saves nurses countless hours and makes the patient journey smoother, but telling that story in a simple, human way was the challenge.
They wanted a video that built awareness, strengthened their brand story and made their software easy to understand at a glance.
The Brief
Create a clear, digestible brand story video that shows how Personify Care supports both patients and clinical staff throughout the hospital journey.
The Challenge
The client originally wanted the entire video to be animated. But you cannot communicate human-centred software with visuals that remove the human altogether.
Accessing hospitals for filming is incredibly restrictive, so going fully live-action was not an option either. The middle ground was a high-end, carefully curated stock approach layered with real interface integrations.

With years of brand storytelling experience behind us, we knew this needed heart, clarity and polish. We built a creative direction rooted in real human moments, supported by tasteful stock footage and guided by a narrative structure that kept the story flowing naturally.
