In 2022, JJW STUDIO has had an impressive year, experiencing exponential growth in several areas across the business, with many exciting projects successfully launched and completed in a variety of impactful industries. As 2023 approaches, let's look at some of our project highlights in the last year. P&O Cruises | Pride Cruise Social Media Campaign

P&O Cruises approached JJW STUDIO to craft a social video campaign unlike anything else they’ve done before. And this got us excited! When the pandemic haltered cruising the high seas for over two years in 2020, P&O Cruises got the green light to officially launch their gender and sexuality inclusive PRIDE Cruise, setting sail in late 2022.

To encapsulate the excitement of the cruise and to celebrate the official launch, P&O felt a long-form comedic video geared for social would best highlight the key messaging that sailing the high seas was back on deck and it’s time to celebrate!

Tech Data | B2B Video Production

In 2022, Tech Data was on the hunt for Australia's next One Percenter - a team inspiring new possibilities powered by IBM technology. Think of the One Percenters program in the vein of Shark Tank, where four finalists pitch how their business thrives and solves problems using at least one IBM product. One of these four finalists will take the grand "money can't buy" prize.

To inspire sign ups and to make sure contenders were pitch ready; Rocket Science Strategy, Tech Data and IBM trusted our vision to craft a video for them that was rich in story, style and a bold departure from typical B2B corporate video production. It was a balance of story, comedic performance, taking full advantage of actor Sam McCool’s humour with simple yet effective camera work and snappy editing.

EYS | Video & Photo Content Production

Chinese wellness brand Eu Yan Sang has been helping lives through traditional medicinal practices for over 140 years. As they expand into the Australian market, their visual content required a localised touch through video and photographic assets.

Partnering with digital marketing agency, Digivizer, JJW STUDIO strategised the creative approach and total amount of visual outputs to be delivered upon project completion.

Capturing an abundance of assets across two days was crucial to the success of this project. While the number of assets was substantial (43 videos & 150 photos) so was the look and feel. JJW STUDIO strived to capture imagery that evoked the essence of Eu Yan Sang but with an Australian twist with our content, impressing the global client.

Jason Ree | Luxury Video & Photo Content Production

With 85% of shoppers saying that viewing video & photo are important to them when deciding which brand or retailer to buy from it is important that now, more than ever, brands have a distinct visual identity on all forms of social media when it comes to promoting their products and campaign collections.  

Jewellery designer Jason Ree needed a way to articulate the overall fundamentals of Mokume Gane and their brand’s story to their audiences. Each piece is bespoke, with love and care crafted into each ring, and video was exactly the medium they needed to convey this message. With digital marketing agency, Digivizer, we developed, storyboarded and deployed rich video storytelling with beautiful imagery to show audiences the possibilities they can reach with Jason Ree and Mokume Gane.

batyr | Video Content Production

batyr is a 'for purpose' preventative mental health organisation, created and driven by young people for young people. When batyr approached JJW STUDIO, they wanted to highlight the past ten years of success in a hero video.

This was a big task for JJW STUDIO to tackle because the organisation had so much success since launching, and we were spoilt for choice on what to capture. The brand of batyr isn't like other 'for purpose' organisations in that their branding is youthful, energetic and devoid of toxic positivity. We felt a piece-to-camera hero video with accompanying archival footage woven throughout would give batyr a stellar result, and the final result captures the heartfelt moments and strength of the organisation.

ODE Dermatology | Video Content Production

ODE Dermatology is one of Australia's leading dermatology clinics led by founder and pioneer Dr. Shammi Theesan. Their transformative practice celebrates the fusion of inner wellness with cutting-edge science and technology. 

When ODE Dermatology approached JJW STUDIO, they needed polished video content crafted outside of a smartphone that could capture their powerful story. After talking directly to the brand, we mutually felt a branded content series would best bring their many service offerings to life. We crafted four main videos with ample cutdowns (a total of 20 assets) that they would use across organic social, paid social, their website, and the clinic itself.
